FAQs

  • Can the venue resell my ticket if we can't make it any more?

We would only place your tickets on a return list if the show is already sold out.  Please check our website to see if the event is sold out before requesting this.

It is important to note that we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be resold.

  • I can no longer make the show for medical reasons (including Covid). Can I receive a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds unless a show has been cancelled or rescheduled.  In such an event you have 28 days from the time of the new announcement to claim a full refund or credit.  If a show is cancelled you will automatically receive a full refund.
