THEATRE ACCESSIBILITY

Stratford PLAYHOUSE is firmly committed to enabling all of our customers to participate in our events equally and with dignity and respect. 


For the purposes of this policy, "disability" is to be understood in the broadest sense of the word and covers all disabilities coming within the scope of the Equality Act 2010.


The Aims of our policy are to ensure that:


  • All of our customers are able to access and enjoy live entertainment, music, dance and drama;


  • Disabled customers are not treated less favourably for a reason relating to their disability than others to whom that reason does not apply;


  • All reasonable steps are taken to prevent any of the physical features of the theatre (or indeed our practices, policies and procedures) from making it unreasonably difficult for disabled customers to make use of our services.

Stratford Play House is situated in the heart of Stratford upon Avon Town Centre. Parking by can be found directly opposite the venue or in the nearby NCP car park which is only 2 minutes walk away.

HIRE RATES – MAIN AUDITORIUM 2024

HIRE RATES INCLUDE


  • 1 technician offering onsite technical support during get-in & get out (up to 2 hours from arrival).


  • Hire fee only includes the standard configuration of the auditorium (changes to the layout may incur additional costs).


  • Standard lighting set up.


  • Please request technical specification for standard configuration.


  • 3 dressing rooms (please specify if you need more dressing rooms at the time of booking).


  • Bar open if required for a small additional charge.



ADDITIONAL EXTRAS


  • Radio Mic – £20 + VAT per mic.


  • Public ticketed events - Box office commission from 10%


  • Technical support during event – £25 + VAT per hour.


  • Advertising in our brochure & on our website.
