If the show cannot go ahead due to government restrictions then these are your options:

1) Your ticket will be rescheduled to the new date

2) You can receive a credit note (no time restriction)

3) A refund (must be claimed within 28 days of the date of the original event) 

4) At the time of booking you can also pay a small refund protection fee to cover other issues related to COVID  -
